To establish a good and productive meeting, you need to set goals at the beginning. In the meeting, reaching a decision is difficult. There is no exact time that considered as the best time to help meeting. The most important thing is setting the time where people are able to attend the meeting on time. Having a meeting too morning is not a good idea. Not only because of the time, it will also bring the heat through the day. Setting the time directly after lunch is also not a good idea. After lunch, usually people have not yet fully focus on their job. You need to give it some time.
