Nevertheless, if you can train your new staffs well, then they will give you more benefit: doing simple things and even helping you on strategic tasks. At least, you can save your time to think further about your business while your staffs are helping you.

It is the condition if you want to survive with the business. Whenever you have spare time, think about the business building. If you have plans already in the beginning, then that is a benefit for you.

Duplicate yourself.

This means trusting others to handle essential jobs in your business. In fact, trusting someone else to help you run the business and make money for you is not easy. You have to be brave and careful as well. Yet, that would not be a problem if you can make the right person passionate with your business.

Duplicate the business.

Once you find out that your business is profitable on stable and good condition, get your business duplicated soon. As we know, some multimillion companies usually have many outlets. If you want your business to be so, multiply it.
